Refund policy

There is a 30-day return policy on all Kiltwool products. The product must not be worn or used, and be in the same condition it was received. 

If there is an issue with your order, we will issue you a store credit. Contact us via our contact form to start your return. 

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will provide you with a store credit. No refunds. Store credits apply to the item purchased and does not include any taxes, duties or shipping costs.
